Refund policy

At Thredle, every bag is carefully handcrafted with love and precision. Since our products are handmade, we do not accept returns,exchanges or cancellations.

However, we may offer a refund if -

1. Damaged Product on Delivery:

-If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately.

-To process your request, we require a clear unboxing video as proof of the damage.

2. Incorrect Product Received:

-If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/video.

Please note - To process the refund first you will have to send the product back to us in the same condition that you received it in, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
