Shipping policy

Most orders placed on our site are shipped from our end within 5-10 business days. However in the case of custom orders and other personalized products and services, the shipping timeline can be much longer, please check the shipping time on each product before placing your order.

Courier service:

Once the order has been shipped from our end, it takes anywhere between 7-10 business days for the order to reach you within India, this timeline is however entirely determined by the courier service provider and Thredle cannot be held liable for any delays or losses that happens in transit.
