Delivery: every bag is made for you. Orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days, and delivery then takes 7–10 business days by courier, with tracking — about 2–3 weeks in all. Shipping is included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay at checkout.

Returns: as every bag is handmade, we can't take returns, exchanges or cancellations. If a bag arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us within 48 hours with an unboxing video and we'll make it right.
